Job Description

Role Purpose:

This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing communication strategies related to Project Keystone, NBCUniversal's SAP S4 HANA implementation. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure clear, consistent, and impactful messaging throughout the change management process.

Responsibilities:

Communication Strategy Development:
• Track and execute comprehensive communication plans for Project Keystone, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with project managers, change leaders, and other stakeholders to identify communication needs and develop targeted strategies.

Content Creation and Management:
• Create, edit, and disseminate clear and engaging communication materials including newsletters, emails, intranet content, presentations, and training materials.
• Ensure all communications are consistent with NBCU's brand and messaging guidelines.

Stakeholder Engagement:
• Serve as a liaison between project teams and end-users, facilitating effective two-way communication.
• Address and resolve stakeholder concerns, feedback, and inquiries related to Project Keystone.

Change Management Support:
• Support change management initiatives by developing and delivering communication materials that address the impacts of Project Keystone on employees and business processes.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust as needed to enhance engagement and understanding.

Training and Workshops:
• Organize and lead training sessions, workshops, and informational meetings to prepare employees for changes associated with Project Keystone.
• Develop and maintain training materials and resources to support user adoption.

Monitoring and Reporting:
• Track and analyze communication metrics to assess the impact and reach of communication efforts.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on communication progress and issues.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a communications role with a focus on change management and SAP systems, preferably in a large, complex organization.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing communication strategies for large-scale projects.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility for occasional travel to various NBCU locations or project sites.

Desired Characteristics:
• Advanced degree or certifications in change management is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP S4/Hana or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.

This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
