The Associate Producer, Title Scripted will help support the 360-degree creative campaigns for Peacock Original Series. This key position will excel in multi-tasking, tracking creative assets and deliverables, prioritizing project needs and troubleshooting creative challenges. They'll participate in creative brainstorms and project discussions internally, contribute to creative development and be a key production contact for external creative partners. This role requires organization, editorial prowess, project management, the ability to push projects forward independently and with a sense of ownership. The Associate Producer will concept, execute and deliver unexpected, breakthrough creative work that delivers on-brief and Peacock OKRs.

The Person:
You are an enthusiastic and curious creative who is eager to learn from and support a team of Title, Scripted creatives producer, writers, designers and project managers. You're an excellent communicator who can clearly explain creative projects and present work with a strong POV. You understand creative project workflows and tools utilized from concept to production to post to delivery and willing to build on your technical skillset to support the team as needed.
Responsibilities Include:
• Summarizing scripts for Sr. Producers and Execs.
• Screening cuts as they arrive and pulling bites.
• Building master assembly stringouts for Producer and Editor screening before cuts deliver.
• Pulling footage for sizzles and trailers.
• Concepting ideas for custom shoots and promo AV.
• Writing copy and taking the first pass at internal script lines.
• Writing featurette questions and overseeing internal featurette edits.
• Working in PPT to create pitch decks, feedback decks, etc.
• Collaborate with the Design team on Key Art and D/OOH executions.
• Prepping featurette edits for Editors and Producers – labeling footage, syncing cameras, apply temporary color grade when needed.
• Cutting internal pitch assets - reels/gifs / scene pulls / motion portrait examples.
• Kicking off vendors and noting up vendor cuts when leading Slate-level trailers or a higher-tier campaign's secondary promo creative.
• Pitching and Cutting promos and Social spots, bandwidth permitting.
• QCing packages from vendors and other assets.
• Assisting lead producers, as needed.
• Helping set up Creative Showcase.
Qualifications
Requirements:
• Basic writing, production, and video editing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook and ability to learn a variety of software apps; experience with the Adobe Suite (i.e.,Photoshop, Premiere) preferred.
• Experience with digital delivery/video asset management a plus.
• Must be willing to work some overtime and travel when necessary.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
Desired Characteristics:
• 2+ years of creative, production or postproduction experience.
• A demonstrated interest in supporting a large creative and operations team; self- starter, problem-solver and extremely motived to collaborate with creative and production team member.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to manage time and prioritize projects accordingly.
• Exhibits diplomacy and cooperation: is organized, responsible, accurate, and able to work well under deadline.
• Team-oriented and ready to work hard on any task with enthusiasm and an interest in the outcome.
• Excellent written and verbal skills; has a positive outlook when problem solving and strong multi-tasking skills.
• Able to work as a team player with a flexible schedule.
• Able to track a high volume of loose ends and report issues to the appropriate parties; able to juggle multiple projects all with moving parts; works well under pressure.
• Has patience to trouble-shoot issues from the technical to the mundane with a constant eye on quality control.
• Excellent communication skills and can articulate issues with an eye toward successful resolution.
• Hard-working and committed to the high volume demands of post-production.
• Can observe processes and make suggestions to improve them to make the team better.
• A fan of television, movies and pop culture a bonus.
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000
