We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Product Manager to be part of our direct-to-consumer TVE product team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of identity solutions across web, mobile, and connected TV along with managing our backend marketing technology architecture that makes these identities actionable. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our identity and martech initiatives align with business goals and inform how they deliver value to our customers and the business. This role supports NBCUniversal brands including NBC, NBC Sports, Bravo, Telemundo, Oxygen, SYFY, USA, and E!.
Responsibilities
• Execute product strategy and roadmap for NBCUniversal Identity within TVE products.
• Act as identity SME on the team, taking a wholistic approach to defining identity collection requirements and providing creative solutions to bridge gaps in identity collection between products.
• Partner with internal stakeholders such as Decision Sciences and Data Engineering to understand, prioritize, and maintain identity reporting to enable data informed decisions.
• Work with product peers to collaborate on identity strategy evolution, applying critical thinking to current challenges that drives the program forward.
• Identify market opportunities and customer needs through research, analysis, and engagement with stakeholders.
• Execute product strategy for proprietary marketing technology infrastructure, collaborating with vendors on feature enhancements.
• Maintain current marketing technology infrastructure, troubleshooting any issues that arise and providing regular communication to impacted teams as necessary.
• Ensure product quality through rigorous testing and validation processes.
• Act as point-of-contact for product marketing partners, providing regular status updates and real-time updates as necessary.
• Support Senior Product Manager, MarTech as a secondary point-of-contact for our marketing technology vendors.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on marketing technology, data products, or related.
• Strong understanding of data technologies, data integrations, and data governance best practices.
• Experience working with programming languages (Javascript, HTML & Python preferred) and within AWS to troubleshoot issues and identify creative solutions.
• Fundamental understanding of APIs, webhooks and database management.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Curious and collaborative mindset, eager to truly understand the why's and how's.
• Consummate team player who can balance having a POV with the understanding that progress is through alignment, partnership and buy in across partners and stakeholders.
• Experience with at least one Digital Analytics platform (Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, mParticle, etc.).
• Experience working with Iterable and Branch is a plus.
• Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA or Stamford, CT.
