Responsibilities
The Ad Sales Measurement & Impact team is seeking an Analyst to join the Ad Experience Experimentation team. Our Analyst will be focused on measuring and reporting the impact that NBCU's ad experience has on consumer engagement and advertiser performance across NBCUniversal properties, including Peacock.

In this role, you will become an expert on the performance of our suite of ad innovations and policies and products, the underlying data structure to fuel experimentation capabilities, as well as the individual measurement strategies for upcoming ad innovation and experiences to launch on the platform. You will be encouraged to bring new thinking to how we approach growing our ads experimentation capabilities and toolkit and will actively collaborate with a high-performing cross-functional team to build out supporting analyses to inform business strategy and solutions.
Our Analyst of Ad Experience Experimentation will be a key member of the highly motivated Ad Sales team at NBC Universal. Duties and Responsibilities

Core responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Become a trusted partner of the broader Ad Sales team by leveraging measurement of NBCU Ad Innovations and Policies to optimize current ad experiences and inform future ad experience strategy
• Become a subject matter expert on A/B testing, Peacock's proprietary testing platform, and other ad experience measurement tools
• Support the manager of Ad Experience Experimentation in developing test designs for ad experience optimization, including hypothesis creation, solution design, KPI development
• Create and communicate requirements for test deployment, working cross-functionally with ad sales and peacock technology teams
• Maintain pipeline of testing priorities to consult on feature needs and data requirements
• Support the development of new testing features and strategic initiatives to expand NBCU's experimentation capabilities
• Regularly monitor and interpret test results for wholistic readout
• Create presentations of A/B test results and recommendations among broader signals for executive readouts
• Partner with the research team members to fuse off-platform research learnings with learnings generated from on-platform A/B testing
• Support off-platform test development, measurement capabilities, and advance analytics research initiatives

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1+ years' experience in digital analytics, preferably at a media brand, agency, or supplier
• Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately with excellent attention to detail
• Successful candidate must be a strategic thinker with a strong interest in advertising/media research and consumer insights
• Self-starter, passionate about optimizing the digital ad experience, and excited by an opportunity to build analytics capabilities for growing measurement team.
• Team player with very strong communication and interpersonal skills. Focused on cultivating and growing strong internal and external relationships
• Critical thinker that is comfortable asking questions in order to develop a point of view around data and data sources
• Keen interest in using data to tell clear and compelling stories
• Curious about consumer behavior and media usage

Technical Skills
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with digital measurement applications, ad effectiveness and syndicated research tools a plus
• Experience specifically with Adobe Analytics, comScore Video Metrix, iSpot, Conviva, PMI, KMB or Freewheel Analytics a plus
• Experience with Data Analytics and Visualization Tools, primarily SQL and Tableau
• Understanding of Experimentation methodologies and statistical techniques
