Job Description

Position Summary:

The Affiliate Account Manager is responsible for overseeing and growing client relationships across multiple verticals and establishing strong connections with media partners and publishers to accelerate expansion. This role helps drive the expansion of existing key accounts and partner relationships by providing necessary resources, guidelines, and support to effectively promote the company's pillars.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for assigning appropriate metadata to assets as well as cataloging them to ensure accurate usage rights and ease of search
• Analyze campaign performance
• Help develop an in-house roadmap focused on streamlining operations, optimized user-flows, permissions, and maintaining best practices for asset usage
• Lead the local partnership marketing teams to execute marketing iniciatives to help monitize and drive revenue
• Work with operators on acquisitions and retention campaigns in order to increase subs. base
• Negotiate partner incentives for CSRs
• Provide support with all project specially U+ and ISP market project
• Develop specific partner marketing strategies and campaigns
• Organize and create new processes between teams recently joining or when needed
• Coordinate the creation and adaptation (size, weight, etc.), ingestion, documentation, and maintenance of all content photo assets for all lines of business
• Work with partners to develop joint marketing plans based on market trends and competitors
• Seek opportunities to promote our products/brands with our partners via events, partner marketing communications, talents, etc.
• Leverage our red carpet and original production pillars
• Coordinate partner onboarding with B&M, Growth, and other departments
• Develop, implement, and track local marketing campaigns and KIPs to yield the highest ROI
• Identify and qualify potential marketing partners for budget amplification and brand awareness
• Reports and recaps whenever needed to stay in track
• Support brand and marketing director in the coordination and execution of panregional NBCUniversal Experiences for all lines of business – Comcast Visits, Upfronts, Red Carpets, set visits, etc.
• Manage/support Frontify for all departments

Qualifications

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS:

• Organizational skills
• Knowledge of normal office software such as Word for Windows, Power Point and other software essential to job function
• General knowledge of entertainment, pop culture, fashion and movies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently under general supervision

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
• Undergraduate University degree
• + 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital media planning and/or sales
• Excellent professional analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication, organizational and administrative skills are essential
• Must be able to work well in a team environment and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners on all aspects
• Must be bilingual English/Portuguese or Spanish/Portuguese
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment while supporting team responsibilities and goals
• Proficient in excel
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment & work with tight deadlines
• Advanced streaming experience
