Responsibilities

NBCUniversal owns and operates more than 20 businesses in 30 different countries. It has a major network of television channels, news, entertainment and major television productions, as well as world-renowned theme parks, an ad-supported premium streaming service and a leading cinematography: UNIVERSAL PICTURES.

Universal Pictures International is a distribution company based in multiple countries around the world. She distributes many films in different countries (the Jurassic World franchise, James Bond, Minions, etc.).

Job Description

As part of a team of 5 people and reporting to the Accounting Manager, you are in particular responsible for:
• Participation in monthly closing operations,
• Supervision of outsourced supplier accounting
• Preparing certain tax and social security declarations.
• Monitoring expense reports
• Preparation of tax packages and legal management documents.
• Participation in the implementation of management systems and software

You may also be required to assist the team with :
• Monitoring customer accounts and collections
• Preparation of VAT returns

Qualifications
• Dynamic, curious, with significant capacity for adaptation,
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of SAP Preferable but not prohibitive.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
