Who are we hiring?
The Membership Service Representative will be a member of a centralized service team that will provide fan first service to customer service inquiries to select current season ticket members. The position will maintain a level of client satisfaction throughout the service cycle, including assistance with ticketing needs and requests, processing payment and fulfilling premium experiences, in-game engagement and issue resolution.
What will you do?
• Field, investigate and respond to customer inquiries and issues to maintain positive client relationships.
• Expert knowledge of various product offerings, event and experiences
• Track sales process capture data and complete sales transactions through proper use of database systems, such as CRM and Archtics.
• Process all VIP ticket request and individual game ticket requests.
• Communicate event details to premium members and assist in recruitment and tracking of RSVP & Attendance.
• Oversight of select season ticket membership accounts including but not limited to Quarter Season and Memberships with seating at or above the 200 Level.
• Ability to cross-sell or upsell in order to maximize revenue potential, especially as it relates to season ticket accounts.
• Ensure the annual season ticket purchase of all assigned accounts within the Membership Service Team
What do you need to succeed?
• 1-2 years in a sales position or field, particularly in a client service-environment
• Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office required; Archtics and CRM experience a plus

Pay Range
$45,000 - $45,000 USD
