Job Description
Our Motive is to develop innovative action games set in iconic worlds where every player feels like the hero. Let's say that again-iconic worlds where every player feels like the hero.
Our passion has taken us from imagining dogfighter pilots in Star Wars™: Squadrons to re-creating Isaac Clarke onboard the Ishimura in Dead Space™. Currently, we're working on two exciting projects, an original Iron Man™ action-adventure game and what's coming next for Battlefield™.

We believe in sharing our passion with our community and each other, fostering an inclusive culture, and nurturing a growth mindset. Although our approach may seem simple, it leads us to create the best work of our careers, bringing unique and immersive experiences to our players.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Development Director who is passionate about both process and gaming, to provide daily production leadership to the project and its teams. You will manage project and resource planning, balance scope with capacity, track progress, implement and improve processes, mentor people, and manage risks and mitigation. You are a master of content pipelines and feature development. You understand the iterative nature of creative processes and how to empower them. You know how to build healthy, high functioning relationships with external vendors. You are a force multiplier for the team.

You have 7+ years working as a project manager in AAA game development, you have 3+ years of experience working in leading game teams, you have experience managing internal and external teams, and you have led a team through all stages of game development, from concept through to launch and live service. You have many conflict resolution tools in your tool belt. You are comfortable talking across all levels of an organization, you always know the status of your project and can visualize that status for any audience. You understand the complexities and requirements of game production and how to manage them.
