Overview

As part of Ticket Sales department, the Senior Director – Season Ticket Sales will implement strategies and tactics to substantially grow season ticket sales, including new full, half and quarter season packages. This role will hire, train, and coach the staff towards exceeding our overall sales objectives.

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Develop and execute short and long term strategic plans, designed to meet and exceed the organization's overall objectives.
• Direct oversight and accountability of sales within season, half, quarter, 10-pack and flex membership packages.
• Support the long-term success of the business through ''one-team'' sales and service mindset and ensure that exceptional value is delivered to season ticket clients.
• Work with Business Analytics to determine potential leads and customer groups that have the highest propensity to purchase new season ticket packages.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on strategies to increase incoming leads and lead generation campaigns specific to selling ticket memberships and partial plans.
• Contribute to the implementation of organized systems and processes to manage progress and success of each sales discipline (specifically relating to New Season Ticket membership sales).
• Set and manage accountability of the sales team to fully adopt CRM utilization.
• Champion a passionate sales culture within the revenue team, instilling energy, hard work, accountability, vision and values amongst the team.
• Support all other ticketing departments and ensure sales team proactively cross-sells and retains clients as required.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in ticket sales leadership, as well as the ability to implement strategies to achieve sales.
