Job Description
MGM+ is recruiting a Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of brand and content marketing and media initiatives for the service. The position will play a vital role on a driven and highly-motivated team to create best-in-class marketing campaigns.
Key job responsibilities
- Collaborate, develop, and execute innovative cross-functional marketing and media strategies for campaign launches
- Build close relationships with cross-functional partners to understand, prioritize, and lead strategy on all incoming projects
- Seek unique opportunities that build earned media in the marketplace
- Help to define the overall MGM+ marketing strategy with the leadership team
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to test hypotheses and learn what works to drive our business forward
- Work closely to monitor campaign performance, optimize campaigns, and provide budget oversight
- Act as point of contact with external agencies (e.g. Media agencies) and partners, leading communication and relationships
- Serve as an authority on assigned campaigns, and serve as the central hub of information including coordination with MGM+ International team
- Lead the charge with cross-functional partners across MGM+ and Amazon in executing all aspects of the campaigns, including partnering with production and creative teams on development and delivery of campaign assets
- Create and manage campaign documents including briefs, presentations for internal and external partners, performance recaps, project trackers, etc.

The service offers a collection of new and library films, and features a constantly growing line-up of award winning, cinematic original scripted and unscripted series, including Godfather of Harlem, From, Billy the Kid, Rogue Heroes, In Restless Dreams: the Music of Paul Simon, NFL Icons, Hotel Cocaine, The Emperor of Ocean Park, Earth Abides, Hollywood Black and more.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
- - Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- - Passion for Entertainment, Media, and Pop Culture
- - Ability to work well both autonomously and within a team
- - Ability to navigate through ambiguity and pivot when necessary
- - Excellent cross-functional communication skills and ability to engage, motivate, and collaborate with internal teams across every phase of a campaign
- Strong writing skills including presentation development

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
