As a Senior Director of Product Management, you will be working with a large but tight-knit team of enthusiastic industry craftspeople from all walks of life. You will synthesize insights from market trends, UX research, and player telemetry to develop learnings and identify product opportunities. You will then partner with the design, production, and marketing teams to shape these learnings into product solutions that meet and exceed objectives. This role reports to the Vice President, Monetization
Responsibilities
• Own the product roadmap creation process.
• Drive our primary KPIs: acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
• Lead a team of highly capable Product Managers to be strong contributors.
• Your team will identify and prioritize strategies, and then work with the Executive Producer and Production teams to deliver.
• Collaborate with peers and partners with effective and Influential communications.
• Work with data, and through the analytical output of others to make data driven decisions.
• Remain current in industry trends, build a deep understanding within your team about competing titles, best in class mechanics and important product trends. Use this to inform effective strategies.
• Understand and lead research, ask thought-provoking questions, and identify opportunities.
Qualifications
• Experience launching a major gaming product or initiative.
• You have built relationships in a global matrixed company.
• Influential, and able to work through peers and stakeholders to drive exceptional results.
• Strategic and able to see the big picture, effectively prioritizing competing needs.
• Strong acumen, and a proven track record of making good product decisions and driving successful initiatives.
• Experience defining and tracking metrics that measure the success of products, with data.
• History of developing talent and leading a team of high performers.
• Effective use and understanding of business modelling.
• Master's degree in Business, Economics or related field.
• 6+ years of gaming industry experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management and or strategy/planning.
• A passion for Life Simulation games.
US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane): º $193,000 - $296,400 USD Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
