The Stadium Operations Fellow will assist in the Parking and Transportation branch of our Stadium Operations Department in the day-to-day planning and execution of traffic plans and operations to ensure the arriving crowds can park and enter the stadium in a timely manner.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Ensure vendors are meeting expectations by checking their work and providing constructive criticism to improve the overall fan experience
• Collaborate with various departments to coordinate special events and other plans as needed
• Other duties as assigned
Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions; in wet and rainy weather as needed
• Occasionally move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
• Occasionally move about to access various area of the stadium and remain standing for extended periods of time
• Must have a valid driver's license, with a verifiable safe driving record, and safely operate a company-supplied motor vehicle, daily, for duties related to this position
• Must be a team player with a go-getter attitude
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills
• Ability to carefully focus on all aspects of a task with attention to detail
• Experience with data collection tools (Excel, databases)
• Security background is a plus!
• Current student with a graduation date of December 2024/January 2025 OR within one year post graduation
• Must be available to live and work in Los Angeles or your assigned office location throughout the duration of your 5-month program from March to August 2025
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
• Passionate about working for a professional sports team
• Proactive and out of the box thinking
