Working Hours: Permanent, full-time. Some evening and weekend work may be required if attendance is needed at shows - including some national and international travel.
Role Description
Working within VIP Nation International you will be assisting the team in overseeing all aspects of the business supporting the team needs in delivering and planning events. In this role you will be involved with all aspects of touring logistics and fulfilment. You will be working alongside the event organisers to enhance the fan experience and generate revenue for the artist or rights holder.
As Tour co-ordintor, you utilise data to frame tour wide pricing strategies, and are confident making decisions in a fast-paced environment. You will develop reporting and database expertise alongside pricing analysts and ticketing teams to support our global promoters.

Who you are
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Experienced in the fulfilment of VIP activity across international tours
• The ability to accurately manage budgets to deadline
• The candidate should have previous experience in writing and delivering briefings to an appropriate standard
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications especially Excel/PowerPoint is essential.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyse data to find trends
• Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to multi-task, prioritise, manage task and work under pressure.
• Ability to liaise directly with tour directors and tour managers/agents and Internal touring team
• Good command of written English
• Previous experience in an admin heavy role is desirable
• Additional languages are desirable

What the role includes
• Oversee the development of VIP Budgets for all International tour proposals
• Assist the VP with the creation of VIP Proposals including package contents and pricing
• Co-ordinate local VIP party offers and track associated costs across EU/UK
• To collate previous tour data for analysing purposes and aid with presentations as needed
• Track and manage the status of all VIP Proposals and update where required
• Collate all financial data for pipeline tours
• Coordinate with the relevant Event Manager and place insurance
• Work with all departments to create Tour Overviews
• Create forecasts based on current sales and hand over to the finance department to report monthly
• Coordinate communications across departments
• Dairy management for VP and schedule team meetings where required
• Submit and process monthly expenses submission for VP
