Reports to: VP, Digital Marketing and Strategy and President, Distribution

Location: New York, NY (Full-Time, On-Site)

The Role:

Roc Nation is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to focus on promoting and supporting its roster of Latin artists. This role will drive innovative digital marketing strategies tailored to the Latin music market, while building strong relationships with artists, managers, and digital partners.

The ideal candidate will bring both creative vision and a deep understanding of Latin music culture to create compelling online content that grows audiences and engages fans across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Digital Strategy Support - assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns for Latin artist releases, including social media content, email marketing, and playlisting strategies on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others relevant to the Latin music market
• Prepare pitches to key digital retail, mobile, and online promotional partners to secure retail campaigns and marketing opportunities for releases
• Work with artists, managers, and the digital team to ensure that content aligns with the artist's brand and resonates with Latin music audiences.
• Content Development & Marketing - develop and execute digital marketing and content distribution strategies for Roc Nation's Latin artists
• Produce and post digital content, including text, images, and videos; liaise with artists and managers to develop artist-generated content that enhances fan engagement
• Partner Management - support and manage relationships with key digital accounts, such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc to secure promotional opportunities and playlisting
• Liaise with label distribution partners to execute digital marketing plans and initiatives for releases and campaigns
• Site and Social Development/Management - assist in building and launching new artist websites and social media profiles. Maintain and update artist sites, social media profiles, and Roc Nation properties, ensuring consistent branding and up-to-date content
• Reporting and Analysis - w ork with the Data team to compile and distribute regular reports to internal teams, tracking key metrics such as engagement rates, audience growth, and content performance
• Use data to evaluate campaign efficacy, identifying areas of success and opportunities for improvement. Provide reports for both artists and external partners to track the performance of digital campaign
• Innovative Campaign Development - c ontribute to brainstorming sessions for creative digital campaigns to drive fan engagement
• Assist in identifying opportunities for new digital tools and technologies that can enhance artist campaigns

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media, ideally with a focus on music or entertainment
• Full working bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is a mandatory requirement; Portuguese not required but preferred
• Familiarity with digital and social platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, and other platforms popular in the Latin music community
• Strong passion for Latin music and culture
• Experience with content creation, including basic skills in image and video editing (Photoshop, Premiere, or mobile editing tools)
• Understanding of key digital metrics and experience working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and project management skills; ability to execute tasks under pressure, highly organized, and proactive
• A team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn

COVID-19 vaccination series and booster shot is a mandatory requirement for this position.

The expected compensation for this position is:
$56,000.00 USD - $70,000.00 USD
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
