Settlement Training Manager

Job Description

THE JOB

This position is responsible for our company-wide settlement training by leading settlement training seminars (online and in-person) and creating settlement training resources by editing videos, creating PowerPoint presentations, creating instructional Word and PDF documents, and publishing these resources on SharePoint. This position will require moderate travel (domestic and international).

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Train and support settlers across the company.
• PowerPoint Presentations: create concise & clear PowerPoint presentations.
• Video Editing: edit recorded Zoom Webinars into short demonstration/explanation videos.
• Word/Excel: use Word/Excel as a base media to explain and demonstrate various settlement methods.
• SharePoint: Update and publish the newly created training resources on our SharePoint.
• Efficiently create clear and concise multi-step instructional processes that include demonstrations and explanations.
• Employees will use the created training resources to further develop their settlement skill sets.
• This roll will work directly with the VP of Touring Settlements and other stakeholders
• Other duties as assigned

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Advance understanding of concert settlements.
• Extensive settlement experience.
• Intermediate understanding of financial concepts.
• Intermediate PowerPoint skill set.
• Intermediate video editing skill set.
• Intermediate Excel formula and formatting skill set.
• Effectively break down complex processes into simple multi-step processes.
• Problem solver & independent thinker.
• Previous experience with creating instructional and demonstration materials.

The expected compensation for this position is:
$100,000.00 USD - $125,000.00 USD
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
