Settlement Representative

Job Description

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Prepare and execute night of show event settlements for high volume of shows (clubs & theaters)
• Liaison between Live Nation and artist representative
• Prepare pre settlements as needed
• Daily communication with settlement manager, booking team and assigned production managers
• Compile show expenses from production manager, marketing team and venue representatives
• Nightly uploading of all settlement documents to include payment support
• Supplying accounting team sufficient backup for post-event flashing
• Keep accurate records
• Support settlement manager with various projects as needed

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Detail Oriented
• Self-Motivated
• Strong Excel skills
• Solid communication skills. The ability to interpret the needs of the artist, tours, and venue representatives
• Adaptable with work hours, late nights, weekends and holidays as needed
