THE JOB
Merch Traffic is currently hiring for a Sr. Manager of Licensing and Brand Collaborations. This person will act as a main, ongoing point of contact for all Licensing and Collaboration Partners, managing the day-to-day relationships.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Actively Solicit licensees for Merch Traffic's artist brands domestically as well as internationally.
• Liaise with existing licensees regarding submissions and approvals, managing product approval from concept to production.
• Coordinate with in-house legal counsel regarding licensee contracts
• Work with the Finance department on quarterly forecasts and annual budget
• Track advances and guarantees
• Maintain licensee database
• Develop and maintain product/asset guides for all licensors and brand partners
• Supervise booking and setup for trade show exhibitions
• Assist on projects as they arise
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Minimum of five years of experience in consumer products licensing/brand partnerships
• must have existing contacts in the licensing space
• MUST have attended the annual Licensing Expo in Las Vegas
• Ability to read, interpret and assist with negotiations for licensing contracts
• Ability to handle high volume, quick turn-around projects
• Excellent writing and communication skills are a must
• Knowledge of core Microsoft products a must. Basic knowledge of Photoshop is a huge plus.
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to changing situations

The expected compensation for this position is:
$80,000.00 USD - $100,000.00 USD
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
