THE ROLE

Merch Traffic is a division of Live Nation Ent. that handles the official merchandise of the artists signed to Live Nation. We work with artists and/or brands to design, produce, and sell their merch to the US Retail Market. The majority of our business is apparel but also expands into other areas such as headwear, accessories, souvenirs, etc. This position will help track and manage sales orders on a daily basis. You will help create and manage item setups and assist with tracking sample approvals. They will also help with monthly reporting by artist and retailer.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Retail Sales Coordinator
• Track and manage daily sales orders
• Manage an internal sales log by Account by Month
• Help with item setups by creating style codes & UPC's
• Help track sample approvals with artist management and retail buyers
• Reviewing & approving internal sales orders
• Help with monthly reporting for artist management

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Prefer 1 or more years of previous experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Detail oriented and very organized
• Possess a positive work attitude with the ability to work on many projects at one time.
• Needs to be able to work well with others and work as part of a team.
• Ability to work overtime as necessary and be able to meet tight deadlines.
• Work experience in music and/or fashion industries a plus
• Experience with Brand Comply and/or SAP
• Retail sales experience a bonus, but not required.
