Role Description

Live Nation Marketing Partnerships team is seeking a passionate Account Manager to work across our Product category, getting their partners products into the hands of millions of fans UK wide.

The successful candidate will have the support of a strong partnership team. They will assume responsibility for their allocated partners, delivering a best-in-class partnership across some of the UK's largest events, managing the delivery of rights from contract signature to onsite activation and debrief.

The role requires someone who can build solid working relationships quickly and easily, works well on their own initiative, and is able to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment with a resolution orientated approach. Multi-tasking partner needs across peak periods during a busy summer is essential. Previous experience of working with brands, as well as experience of working in music entertainment and/or live events is preferred.

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience

Essential
• Strong understanding of sponsorship and partnership principles.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Experience either in brand partnerships, marketing, festivals or the live music business.
• An attention to detail second to none.
• Skilled at multi-tasking, essential for working on multiple partners and multiple festivals at once.
• Comfortable working with and analysing data.
• Able to prioritise and hit deadlines consistently, keeping projects on track and pushing them continuously forward.
• An organised working style.
• Ability to plan, anticipate obstacles, and problem solve, miniminsing escalation.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams i.e. festival experience, digital, production, bar concessions
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Desirable
• Working knowledge of one or more of the festivals within the LN Portfolio
• Salesforce experience
• Full UK Driver's licence

What the role includes
• Management of a portfolio of brand partners across multiple festivals
• Clarifying the product lines that are to be sold with brand partners
• Ensure all exclusivity clauses are understood and are being respected
• Overseeing deliverables of contracted rights
• Onboarding new clients to Live Nation business
• Agreing with partners the service standards expected and required
• Extensive client liaison pre, during, and post event – working closely and collaboratively to ensure the smooth delivery of contractual rights, within strict deadlines
• Keep operational information up to date – always being clear and concise
• Owning a brands POS process
• Be the go-to person between partners that supply products to festivals and our retail team(s)
• Interpreting, analysing and reporting post event sales data to drive upsell and renewals
• Brand reporting lead including debriefs and rebate collations
