The Role:

The Photographer/Videographer will proactively interact with guests, employees, and performing acts (when permitted) to provide high quality photos/videos for the venue.   Reports to the venue Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities: 
• Take high quality photos/videos of guests, employees, and all performing artists (when permitted) during concerts
• Capture photos/videos of the fan experience throughout the whole life cycle of attending a show
• Take a mix of posed and candid content
• Capture content as instructed by the venue team for various operational needs
• Follow guidelines and instructions for shooting from Marketing Director and as outlined in the venue and/or artist contract for each show; every night varies in what is allowed from the respective tours on site
• Capture photo/video for special events happening before/during/after shows (events, employee gatherings, new features or experiences etc.)
• Assist venue team occasionally in capturing non-show day content (private events, photoshoots etc.)
• Must be available on scheduled show dates from the time parking opens through to the headliners first few songs of their performance (times vary for each show)
• Photographers must capture 100 photos at minimum per show
• Videographers must capture enough content to produce at least a 1-minute video recap per show
• Must be able to edit photos/videos within 24 hours from shooting and return all content to the Marketing Director
• Responsible for entering availability 3 weeks in advance through the ABIMM system. Employee is further responsible for communicating with the supervisor should that availability change.
• Ensuring that time worked is accurately captured through the ABIMM system.

Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• At least 3+ years in professional photography and/or videography
• Must have your own professional equipment and editing software
• Must have a telephoto lens with a minimum 200mm focal length
• Experience with capturing live events/concerts preferred
• A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+ and occasional sitting
• Must pass a required background check
