THE ROLE
We're seeking a social media expert who is highly skilled in executing buys across a variety of platforms, leading and growing talent, developing strategic campaigns and presenting to a variety of stakeholders. The Manager is responsible for managing a team of buyers and pool of campaigns, while promoting growth, learning and buying best practices. This Manager should also be leader and set examples of how to best manage work/life balance, while navigating load distribution amongst the pod. Successful candidates will have experience in developing junior talent, solving business needs through media buys, and delivering and presenting results to senior executives.
Live Nation Concerts enables top artists and venues to reach their fans and encourage them to attend live events. Reporting into Director of Paid Social, you will be responsible for outlining campaign architecture to produce the best results, ensuring campaign KPIs are met or exceeded, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner, forecasting (where necessary) and managing a team of 1-2 traders. This role will also require excellent customer instincts, analytics, and an ability to summarize results and present recommendations to clients.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Own internal relationships with assigned group of campaigns
• Manage campaigns above 200+ per quarter (dependent on season)
• Build and present strategic campaigns, based on campaign briefs
• QA and troubleshoot creative, campaigns and reporting dashboards
• Communicate effectively and frequently with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain expert knowledge of current digital media industry trends, and integrate that knowledge and the implications with new product development
• Set up and maintain projects and delivery timelines using task management platform
• Work with other divisions of Ticketmaster & Live Nation to ensure that multi-channel campaigns are running in sync
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on Paid Social, including Facebook
• Strong understanding of Facebook Business Manager and Facebook Marketing Partners
• 3.5+ years of hands on keyboard buying experience (multiple platforms a plus)
• At least 1-2 years of people management experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to tools including Tableau, Domo, Datorama, and Google Analytics
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or other spreadsheet tools
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage high volume of requests
• Strong analytics skills
• Effective, professional written and oral communication skills.
• Very strong attention to detail is a MUST
• Team player but also able to pick up and run with a project/task
• Friendly, outgoing and positive attitude
• Affinity for the music and live entertainment industry

The expected compensation for this position is:
$68,000.00 USD - $85,000.00 USD
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
