Role Description
Our Merch Traffic team is looking for a creative, driven, and passionate junior graphic designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing for merchandise and the music/entertainment industry.

The Team

We are a major player in the Music & Entertainment industry, and we have an enthusiastic and highly motivated team dedicated to delivering a range of traditional and novel merchandise products necessary to promote the band / performer. It's a small team so you will be an integral part of that team.

Responsibilities
• Assist the lead designer on multiple projects simultaneously and adjust priorities to meet evolving deadlines across retail, touring and e-commerce
• Collate and prepare artwork requests for external clients
• Ability to design into multiple music and artist ''brands'', genres, and styles
• Creates product mock-ups for apparel, accessories, and packaging
• Prepare tech packs and hi-res art files to be print ready
• Design a variety of digital assets for social media and web
• Ability to multi-task different projects in a fast-paced environment in an organized manner

Requirements
• 2-3 years of graphic/fashion design experience
• Thorough understanding of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Experience in working for/with high street fashion retailers.
• Knowledge of current trends, culture, and design in fashion and music
• A portfolio of relevant design work
• Ability to take direction and handle constructive criticism are essential
