Job Description
THE ROLE: Reporting to the VP Finance, the Manager, FP&A will manage financial reporting, forecasting and analysis within the North American Venue management organization. The candidate will be a motivated self-starter, able to assess and summarize operating data, coordinate efforts of supporting staff, operate under weekly and monthly deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include:
• Point person on forecasting, reporting and analysis for key areas of US venue operations
• Prepare detailed monthly financial and statistical reporting, KPI tracking
• Analyze operating results, prepare reporting and presentations for management review
• Modeling new opportunities and initiatives
• Direct efforts of Finance Analysts, coordinate with Finance and Accounting staff across multiple departments and divisions
• Ad-hoc analyses and reporting summaries as assigned by division management

Qualifications:
• BS in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 5+ years' experience in FP&A
• Excellent communication, organizational skills
• Strong Excel knowledge and experience
• Problem solving and analytical track record
• Understanding of core accounting and reporting principles
• Experience in Entertainment or Hospitality Finance preferred
• Experience with SAP Business Planning tools and Business Objects reporting preferred

The expected compensation for this position is:
$112,000.00 USD - $140,000.00 USD
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
