THE TEAM
The Corporate Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team handles financial operations and is responsible for delivering Global forecast, planning and management reporting. We partner with and support Ticketmaster leaders by providing actionable financial insights to influence business strategy and decisions.
THE JOB
The Ticketmaster FP&A Analyst is a newly created role and that will play an important role in supporting Global management reporting, analysis, and financial modeling that drives strategic decision-making and performance management. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Assist with FP&A month-end close reporting and analysis
• Support in the preparation of monthly reporting packages & results analysis for Senior Leaders
• Develop insightful commentary on performance and executive level presentation of data, supporting findings and drawing conclusions
• Participate in design, construction and ongoing maintenance of business scorecards/dashboards
• Prepare monthly forecasts and annual budget for areas supported
• Continue development of Ticketmaster Global reporting, working with finance teams across the business and around the world to integrate results in a consistent and meaningful way
• Continuously seek to improve financial planning and reporting processes, driving efficiencies, and enhancing the quality of financial information
• This role will report to the Director of FP&A and have key responsibilities in deliverables to business leaders including the CFO and COO
• Participate in finance and cross functional projects
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES)
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 2+ years related work experience
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, its advanced functions, and modelling best practices; proficient PowerPoint user
• Keen attention to detail, particularly when working with large datasets, turning numbers into actionable insights
• Ability to help develop clear, data-driven business recommendations.
• Self-starter who thrives working in a fast paced, agile environment
• Public Accounting / Investment Banking / Corporate Finance FP&A experience a plus

The expected compensation for this position is:
$68,000.00 USD - $85,000.00 USD
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
