Role Description

We're looking for a Special Operations Executive who is passionate about live entertainment and join us in an exciting opportunity to work in the Special Projects and Events team as we look to grow and expand a new area of the business.

Working closely with the Director of Operations and the Special Projects Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for working on operations and logistics for projects and help to manage relationships with existing and new client rightsholders.

The successful candidate will work across a number of global events across multiple sporting and entertainment sectors, help to develop creative solutions and driving structure for the planning and delivery process.

Who you are

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
• Experience in the Sport or Special Events industry would be advantageous
• Understanding of the entertainment industry
• Basic production knowledge
• Client management experience

What the role includes
• Primary focus will be to work on assisting on special projects and events including entertainment for leading sporting global events.
• Work with the Director of Operations and on developing new music and entertainment concepts for global rights-holders.
• Work with the client development to manage key client relationships, with agencies and promoters including NFL Superbowl, UEFA Champions League, Esports and Formula 1.
• Work across clients, their agencies as well as artist managers on logistics and operations to ensure a smooth and professional working process.
• Work across Head of Production to ensure we have the right personnel and working to ensure all information is gathered and shared to the Director of Operations.
