THE JOB

Live Nation's Media & Sponsorship division is seeking a College Associate on our Communications team to support all facets of external and internal communications. You will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of communications, working closely with our experienced team across communications channels including but not limited to social media, our division blog, media, newsletters and events. The ideal candidate is an excellent writer with a strategic mind, a collaborative and creative spirit, and a passion for live music. This position will report into the Communications Manager, Media & Sponsorship.

Program Dates: May 28 – August 8, 2025

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Social Media Management: Write, post, and report on social media content across various platforms.
• Content Creation: Draft communications materials including emails, newsletters, and announcement press releases.
• Strategic Contribution: Assist in developing communication strategies for brand partnership announcements.
• Visual Design: Utilize visual design skills (preferred tools: Canva, Photoshop) to create engaging content.
• Reporting: This includes media monitoring, drafting social media reports, and analyzing data from Google Analytics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the communications team to align social media efforts with broader communication goals.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree from an accredited university
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good eye for detail, writing ability, and proofreading skills
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to balance urgent and ongoing tasks while meeting deadlines
• Working knowledge of Google Drive applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
• A passion for visual communications with experience using applications like Canva
• Understanding of social media landscape
• A positive, can-do attitude with a creative spirit
• Previous experience in communications internships (PR, internal communication, etc.) a plus
