Job Description

C3 Presents is seeking a qualified individual to join the Accounting team as a Financial Analyst. The selected candidate will work closely with the CFO, Accounting & Financial Analyst Manager, Accounting Team and Corporate Planning. The position is available to work remotely or work from the office on a hybrid-schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide timely, accurate and meaningful financial analysis of variances between actuals and forecast, budget and prior year
• Consolidate forecast reports for multiple company roll ups
• Analyze accuracy of forecast and monthly actuals based on projections
• Develop an understanding of key business operational metrics
• Assist in preparation of annual budget & monthly forecasts
• Prepare budget deliverables required by corporate
• Ensure data integrity between Oracle (ERP system) and BPC (Forecasting system)
• Support Accounting & Corporate Planning by providing accurate and timely financial information
• Provide insurance reporting to contracts team and act as point of contact
• Support ad hoc requests, including financial information for board meetings
• Other duties and ad hoc analysis, as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
• At least 4-5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience required
• Experience with a publicly trade company is a plus
• Entertainment or eCommerce industry experience is a plus
• Ability to meet critical deadlines by balancing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Experience with BPC or other forecasting software tools a plus
• Advanced MS Excel skills, and proficient in MS Word and Powerpoint
• Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude
• Must be flexible with hours to accommodate workload fluctuations and quick turnaround times
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal to all levels of the organization
• Interpersonal skills and ability to interact appropriately with all levels of the organization is critical
• Ability to collaborative in team environment, as well as, thrive independently
