Job Description
THE JOB

Cascades Amphitheater is looking for fun, energetic and music-lovin' people to fill this season's job openings. This is a seasonal, hourly position that works concert days only. Job begins in April with trainings and concert season will conclude in October, with potential eligibility to return for full 2025 concert season.

The ancillary sales team is a fun and unique position inside our venue, focused on onsite sales. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for communicating to our guests about additional amenities that the venue has to offer, such as our Comfort Lounge, Rockstar Parking, Seat Upgrades, Ticket Specials and Lawn Chair Rentals. This team will work closely with the Ancillary Manager and Box Office Manager to determine what offers will be available for each show, and how this will be communicated to our guests. It is the perfect position for someone who is detail oriented and enjoys working independently while still being part of a team.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Greet all guests and assist in answering any questions they may have about the venue.
• Communicate daily specials on VIP Club Access, Parking Upgrades, Live Nation merchandise items, future ticket specials, and seat upgrades.
• Sell seat upgrade options as well as add on items to patrons at events.
• Sell, distribute, collect and organize lawn chairs throughout the venue.
• Manage/sell at bag check windows before and after events.
• Assist Ancillary Manager in setting up and breaking down signs, tables and tents as needed.
• Participate in post-show pick-up/organization of Lawn Chairs
• Other duties as assigned

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Position requires constant walking, standing and occasional sitting in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions; Lifting/carrying 25+ pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must pass pre-employment background check
• Familiar with iPhone and iPad technology
• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgement, tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays, including late evenings.

The expected compensation for this position is:
$16.66 USD - $18.00 USD Hourly
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
