Account Representative

THE JOB

We are seeking an Account Representative to serve as a liaison between marketing clients in North America and the creative staff at Tour Design Creative, ensuring that clients' orders are delivered correctly and on time. This role will be the primary contact for Western US and Canada clients so working hours will be consistent with mountain and pacific time zones.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Process production orders submitted by clients in a timely manner with minimal percentage of error
• Communicate on an as needed basis with creative staff to ensure the completion of each production order
• Maintain existing and new client relationships
• Handle invoicing for every order in a timely manner upon delivery
• Assist Accounts Receivable in communicating with clients for past due accounts as needed

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 2+ years experience in customer service or related field
• Excellent skills in organization, time management and follow-through
• Superior skills in verbal/written communication and customer service
• Ability to handle stress in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Marketing and/or creative knowledge a plus
• Project Managment Systems experience a plus
