Job Description
Summary of Position

Lionsgate is currently seeking a Vice President, International Sales Strategy, Planning and Operations to manage content planning, strategy, and operations. The role reports to the President, International Television & Digital Distribution, and sits within Lionsgate's Worldwide TV Distribution group. This role works closely with Sales, Rights Management, Marketing, Research, Finance and other departments to best manage the Lionsgate product pipeline for revenue maximization.

Responsibilities
• Oversee team that works on maximizing revenue as the primary focus, liaising with the International Sales Team

• Devise, plan and produce turn –key sales initiatives, working with Marketing and Research and Planning Teams

• Manage key upcoming/reverting avails and key franchise product through sequential use

• Communicate and tracks Go-To-Market timing, pitches and feedback

• Oversee key team processes, including deal approvals and compliance checks; ensure smooth workflows for revenue recognition

• Manage acquisition of new libraries, liaising with rights management and providing insight into how best to package with existing library

• Plan/Manage all content – what platforms should our lower tier content live on; windowing

Qualifications and Skills
• Understanding of TV distribution licensing (Pay, SVOD, Basic & Free TV, AVOD, EST, TVOD) required with 7-10+ years related experience

• Advanced Microsoft Excel with strong analytical skills

• Proficient in PowerPoint

• Appreciation of the details. Must be very detailed oriented with ability to organize and analyze large sets of data to troubleshoot issues and identify improvements

• Curious and self-motivated with ability to work independently in fast paced environment. Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize to meet deadlines.
