Job Description
Summary of Position

Lionsgate is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to report to the VP, Sales Planning & Operations, in the Worldwide TV Sales department. Our Sales Operations team works closely with our Rights Management, Servicing, Legal, Accounting, Sales Planning and Sales teams to ensure all operational aspects leading up to and following TV licensing deal closure are processed smoothly through these groups. The Senior Manager's primary role is to manage revenue tracking for our International TV group ensuring updated and complete revenue reporting for accurate budget tracking. The Senior Manager will be the primary point contact for our Sales, Sales Planners and Accounting in this regard. The Senior Manager will be the primary support for the VP, with a key role in providing regular reporting and analysis on content, deal and campaign tracking as well as assistance with overall process and system testing and improvement

Responsibilities
• Reconcile Accounting revenue reports with projected revenue

• Manage budget refresh process of contracted deals to budget dashboard

• Provide regular reporting & analysis on monthly or quarterly basis

• Deal Pacing

• Initiative/Campaign tracking

• Sales reports for third party producers

• Revenue forecast

• Product tracking

• AR

• Manage and update overall contract and delivery status tracking as it impacts revenue recognition

• Ensure our operational processes are followed. Perform various process analyses to catch issues, troubleshoot and help identify and implement ongoing improvements

• Create PowerPoint decks on ad hoc basis

• Provide training as needed

• SOP documentation

• System testing

Qualifications and Skills
• Understanding of TV distribution licensing (EST, TVOD, Basic, Pay, SVOD and Free TV and AVOD) required with 3 - 4 years related experience

• Bachelor's Degree or similar course requiring min two years of study

• Advanced Microsoft Excel

• Proficient in PowerPoint

• Appreciation of the details. Must be very detailed oriented with ability to organize and analyze large sets of data to troubleshoot issues and identify improvements

• Curious and self-motivated with ability to work independently in fast paced environment. Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize to meet deadlines.
