Summary of Position
The IT Program Management & Transformation intern will provide support and drive efficiency in the day-to-day operations across the department, including opportunity management, project management and application support. The candidate shall assist with processes and standards. In addition, the coordinator shall support the program management team (PMO, Applications Support) in tasks and initiatives, as needed.
Responsibilities
• Working closely with the Sr PMO Analyst, assist with weekly project and portfolio status reporting
• Coordinate meetings, preparing materials, recording minutes and managing action items
• Manage PMO Teams site content and maintain Wiki
• Support MS Project Online administration, as required
• QA project schedules
• Setup of new resources and projects
• Testing of new functionality and improvements
• Assist project managers on various project tasks, as required
• Working closely with the Director Enterprise Architect, assist with statistics on Microsoft Azure products.
• Create Analysis Reports on the collected data that crosses the workspaces and applications.
Skills
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university working towards a degree in IT, computer science & info systems preferred
• Experience in IT environment
• Knowledge of PMBOK and project management domain
• Knowledge of Microsoft tools: Outlook, SharePoint/Teams, Excel, PowerBI, Project

Program Dates: Tuesday, June 10th – Friday, August 15th, 2025 (10 Weeks)

All interns are required to attend orientation on Tuesday, June 10th, 2025.
Details
• Interns must not work more than 36 hours per week
• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
• Interns must be current rising juniors through recent grads (within 6 months of internship start date)
• Graduate students are eligible to apply
• Interns must be available to work for the entire length of the program
• All internships are paid
• Most internship positions will require working 4 days in office
