Job Description

KIVI, the Scripps ABC station in Boise, ID is hiring a Commercial Producer. The Commercial Producer works with the sales team and clients to produce television commercials and other program material. This includes conceptualizing, coordinating, writing, shooting, and editing commercials.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Conceive, write, and coordinate all video and audio materials necessary to produce commercials for station clients.
• Assist sales management in creating sales videos for client presentations.
• Develop productive relationships with clients.
• Assist with news and station image promotions and topical promos as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
• A college degree in Communications or a related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years experience producing, editing, and writing.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
• Able to shoot video on broadcast-quality equipment
• Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop
• Professionalism to work with all levels of management and clients

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS:
• A valid driver's license and good driving record are required. In addition, proof of insurance and liability coverage may be required
