Your Mission
As a Senior Narrative Animator, you will be expected to create high fidelity previs assets, cinematics, narrative in game moments and first-person animations that support the Design and Narrative goals of the project. These animation assets will also need to align with the quality, the style and feel of the rest of the game. You will be joining our Passionate and Talented team of Animators who continue to push industry standards of quality, that echoes throughout our studio. What you bring to the table
We're looking for a skilled animator with a passion for story telling in video games. Your effort to support the narrative beats of the game will include:
• Manipulate motion capture and hand key data to produce high quality animations
• Implement and maintain Animations using Proprietary Tools within our Game Engine
• Communicate and collaborate with animators, directors, designers, writers and cinematographers to complete tasks
• Support and co-direct motion capture sessions to achieve the highest fidelity performances from actors and stunt performers
Player Profile
Minimum Requirements:
• +4 years of Game Development experience
• A strong passion for Animation, video games, and the entertainment it inspires and draws from
• A strong ability for Hand-Keyed Animation
• Excellent Maya Animation experience
• Possess the ability to take tasks from concept to completion with minimal supervision
• Collaborative ability to work with multiple people and disciplines to complete tasks
• Possess the ability to provide and receive feedback from Animators

In the US, the standard base pay range for this role is $80,800.00 - $149,400.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all US locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
