What You'll Do:
Strategy development and campaign delivery for selected events within the portfolio*, working closely with partner agencies to execute world-class marketing.
*Included but not limited to Solheim Cup 2026, Women's Scottish Open, Saudi International.
IMG is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join the golf division to work across our owned, operated and managed events in EMEA. Alongside your marketing experience, strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management ability, a creative eye and exemplary project management / communication skills will be required to successfully deliver in this role.
Reporting to the VP of marketing, you will be based in the London Chiswick Park office and will be able to hit the ground running to establish yourself as an expert in the golf events marketing field, and adapt to the various nuances per brand as required.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Develop and deliver the events' marketing and PR strategies to achieve maximum exposure and hit ticket sales targets.
• Manage performance monitoring and reporting of all marketing activity, and proactively action adjustments where necessary to ensure optimisation for maximum performance, reach, and return on investment
• Manage development and execution of event-related digital platforms including websites, email, social media profiles, influencer programs, entry mechanisms and on-site engagement solutions
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure sponsor and partner marketing requirements are fulfilled and opportunities for reciprocal marketing are maximised.
• Work closely with IMG PR lead to maximise coverage.
• Act as brand guardian, ensuring all creative adheres to the brand guidelines.
• Use analytics to monitor, evaluate and optimize marketing and communications strategies and effectively communicate those results to event leaders and stakeholders
• Participate in the development of actionable insights that form our marketing strategy, including primary and secondary research, market intelligence, evolving digital and mobile behaviour, knowledge of the competitive landscape
• Own the post-event consumer feedback process including event questionnaires, analysis, and internal communication
• Advance forward-thinking initiatives designed to expand equity of and revenue for professional tournaments and stakeholders (title sponsors, sanctioning bodies, event owners, charitable partners, etc)
Ticketing/Budgets:
• Manage ticket modelling, ticket sales/revenue forecasting, ticketing set-up and ongoing sales with throughout the campaign.
• Regular reporting on ticket sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to ensure the campaign is a success.
• Develop robust reporting system in collaboration with finance teams and be the point person for all performance updates.
• Manage marketing budgets, working to find efficiencies, savings and greater ROI wherever possible.
Stakeholders/Agencies:
• Work closely with key stakeholders, developing strong relationships and open lines of communication to cohesively deliver optimal results
• Management and negotiation of third party, agency and external stakeholder contracts related including but not limited to: media buying agency, content production teams and graphic designers, PR agency and media partners.
• Work collaboratively with Endeavor's central services and partner agencies (Endeavor Digital, Endeavor Analytics, Seven League) to maximise campaign insights, strategy and revenue opportunities.
• Oversee local marketing agency including contracting, and obtaining regular marketing reports to ensure performance is on track and add value where needed.

• Number of experiments/new marketing initiatives conducted (to incentivise a learning agenda using new A/B test tools)
Working Conditions:
Permanent, London Chiswick Park
Mon-Fri - 9am- 5pm
• You'll usually work normal office hours; however, you may work longer hours including evening and weekend work when working to a campaign deadline or in the lead up to/ during an event.
• You may be required to travel to each event and work on-site for the duration of the event, as necessary.
• Outside of event travel there may be a requirement to travel both locally and abroad for meetings as part of the role.
• Due to the nature of being based in the UK and working across multiple time zones, you may need to attend/arrange meetings to suit.
You Have These:
• 5+ years experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager role, both at the planning stages and on site.
• Experience in a matrixed organization with a demonstrated bias for action and change
• Experience in marketing and communications within The Netherlands and Saudi Arabia advantageous
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
• Deep understanding and enthusiasm for marketing in practice
• Good commercial acumen and business sense
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of key internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of CMS (e.g Wordpress), ESP's (e.g Mailchimp) and video creator tools within social platforms (TikTok, CapCut, IG Reels) and Adobe Photoshop
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines
• High levels of proactive behaviour, driving forward innovation within the portfolio
• Knowledge of the golf landscape
• Line management experience - desirable
