The SVP of Product will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of the company's product and technology initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in both product management and technology leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of bringing innovative products to market and leading large, diverse engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership and Strategy:
• Develop and execute the product and technology strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing product management and engineering teams.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Product Management:
• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches and market adoption.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development.
• Technical Oversight:
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable, reliable, and secure technology solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including agile methodologies, code quality, and testing.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, including the use of AI and machine learning technologies and incorporating them into the company's technology strategy.
• Project Management:
• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple, concurrent product and technology projects.
• Implement effective project management practices to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and make data-driven decisions to address challenges and opportunities
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Communicate product and technology concepts and project status to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Partner with other departments to understand business needs and translate them into technical and product requirements.
• Represent the product and technology functions in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
• Education:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in product management and technology roles, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership position.
• Proven track record of managing large, geographically dispersed product and engineering teams.
• Experience in developing and delivering large-scale, high-availability software systems and innovative products.
• Skills:
• Strong technical background with expertise in software development, architecture, and design.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience working with AI technologies; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
This is a hybrid position out of our New York, NY office. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa.
The base salary range for this role is between $368K to $420K. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
