Job Description
Your impact:

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Offer Pages & Web Experience on the Consumer team to manage the website experience for all Hearst Magazines brand subscriptions. This role will help set up offer pages along with managing the logic and rules for other experiences like website paymeters and email capture.

The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, ability to learn various systems, highly capable of prioritization, and a proven ability to work with and communicate with to cross-functional stakeholders.

What you'll do:
• Build subscription offer pages across all magazine brands on Hearst's ecommerce platforms
• QA all subscription pages end to end from initial paywall to checkout to ensure they are optimized for performance and ADA compliance
• Work with product, engineering teams, and 3rd party partners for any issues found within the offer page and checkout experience
• Work with the membership strategy and editorial teams to test new offers and own strategy/ test plan initiatives. Roll out A/B tests and personalize onsite content to drive increased subscription enrollment
• Manage the website experience around content gating, paymeter blocking, email capture, etc. to help drive paid conversions
• Partner with consumer analytics to measure impact and drive improvements for website activities from prospects and customers
• Serve as in-house expert, collate best practices, and stay up to date on latest technology for website offer pages

Who you are:
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including ecommerce, subscriptions, or other cross-functional role
• 2+ years of experience working in an ecommerce or subscription platform managing content and driving revenue. Experience using Optimizely or similar A/B testing and personalization platform a plus.
• Strategic thinker with strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills
• Excellent quantitative skills, particularly using Microsoft Excel
• Innately curious, always asking ''how can we do this better?'' and providing actionable solutions
• Team player, ability to be flexible, work with, and learn from many different partners
• Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
• Beginner HTML experience/understanding a plus

Qualifications:

The base salary for this role is between $88,000-106,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
