Job Description
Hearst Television is looking for a Director of Product Management, Advertising Sales Systems, based at our office in Charlotte, North Carolina. You will oversee the strategic direction, development, and management of advertising sales platform and systems. In this role, you will lead integration efforts across platforms and ensure that systems are optimized to meet business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance and operations, to ensure cohesive and effective system functionality and integration. This position reports to the Vice President, Ad Operations and Information Services.

Responsibilities
• Define the vision, tenets, principles, requirements, and priorities for the suite of Hearst Television's Advertising Sales systems.
• Drive integration strategies to ensure seamless connectivity between various platforms and systems.
• Responsible for multiple roadmaps within product domain and resolve any priority conflicts or trade-offs within those roadmaps.
• Drive alignment to a common product vision across a diverse set of stakeholders including Product, Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance/Accounting.
• Oversee system testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• In person attendance is required.

Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in advertising systems product management, sales stewardship systems, and integration.
• Strong understanding of video advertising technologies and sales processes.
• Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Ability to think strategically and drive innovation.
• Experience with CTV digital advertising
• Experience with Streaming TV business models and ad monetization
• Related military experience will be considered
