HBO Max™ is WarnerMedia's direct-to-consumer streaming platform, offering best in class quality entertainment. HBO Max features the greatest array of storytelling for all audiences from the iconic brands of HBO, Warner Bros., DC, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Turner Classic Movies and more. The platform launched in the United States in May 2020 and introduced a lower priced, advertising-supported tier in June 2021. HBO Max began its global rollout launching in markets across Latin America and the Caribbean this summer, followed by its first European launches in the Nordics and Spain. It has been announced that HBO Max will continue its European expansion for a global reach of 67 countries in 2022.

The Team

The Digital Creative Services team is a mix of professionals with expertise in branding and performance focused on the full-funnel customer experience. We're looking for talented team members who understand the power of brand and design as well as KPI's, call-to-action and promotion within digital advertising channels.

The Job

As the Creative Project Manager dedicated to CRM for HBO Max EMEA your focus is on creating an organized and united front between all of our major marketing touchpoints in the CRM channels. You will be the campaign lead and creative owner, main point of contact and responsible for the creative development of all assets used on this specific marketing channel. You can ideate content umbrellas that both spark interest from prospective customers and delight existing ones. You keep a close eye on the creative assets we are producing and making sure we are meeting performance KPIs and helping achieve our organizational goals. You will be responsible for making sure all assets arrive in time for campaign implementations.

This job isn't just about managing a content calendar that blows KPIs through the roof. It's also about building a meaningful, long-lasting relationship between our brand, millions of people, and the entertainment we all love.

The Daily
• Execute and keep the CRM campaigns up to date.
• Develop and execute multi-faceted creative marketing campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Responsible for ensuring that communications utilize creative effectively and efficiently.
• Quickly adapt creative solutions in response to data, analytics, and feedback to improve creative performance for CRM campaigns.
• Work cross-functionally with marketers, analysts, product experts and creatives to ensure we're generating the right creatives, for the right channels, with the right messaging to better support business objectives.
• Partner with developers and CRM teams to ensure the feasibility of concepts and accuracy of execution.
• Collaborate with regional teams ensuring local relevance of all creative proposals and strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and recommend actions to improve the user digital experience.
• Find smart ways to use data and customer research to evaluate and improve the creative strategy.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define creative strategies that generate value to the user experience, create engagement and increase conversion rates.
• Lead internal creative strategy work sessions and presentations.
• Define objectives and success criteria for creatives, gathering and analyzing existing executions, and identifying and implementing recommendations for improving creatives.
• Collaborate and guide the internal creative team in the proposal and execution of ideas and campaigns assets.
• Define creative specifications outlining components and guidelines to ensure a consistent experience across touchpoints.

The Essentials
• Solid experience in creative content production management with focus on CRM (Emails, Push notifications, Rich Push Notifications, In-App Messaging)
• Able to balance creativity and strategic thinking, while demonstrating an ability to create visually-compelling and highly-engaging campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and scheduling tactics.
• Highly skilled in managing consumer-first content marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Experience in CRM measurement and analyzing success of content.
• Experience working with third party partners on content creation and marketing, as well as
• in CRM content creation
• Ability to quickly react on business changes that are reflected in the CRM communications
• Excellent command of English.
