Job Description

Looking for a dynamic, self-motivated marketing professional to join our team of culture experts. The Multicultural Marketing team at WarnerMedia is responsible for placing our programming and brand in a cultural context. Our culture-first approach requires an individual with an appetite for discovering and engaging with ever-evolving cultures, subcultures, and cultural influencers. We're looking for someone who is naturally inquisitive and has a keen interest in what shapes and defines culture across a spectrum of communities.

This position reports directly into the Vice President of Multicultural Marketing and supports our audience engagement efforts by devising new, innovative, and strategic ways to reach multicultural audiences both in support of HBO and HBO Max programming and as in ongoing evergreen efforts.

The Daily:
- Day-to-day campaign support, including but not limited to reading scripts, developing briefs, informing budget and timelines and providing strategic recommendations on campaign concepts and execution from start to finish
- Liaise with multiple internal and external partners to keep project deliverables, timelines and budget on track
- Provide strategic insight for campaign development by managing data across media and consumer research tracks

The Essentials:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 3 years marketing experience, preferably at a media or entertainment company or marketing agency launching branded marketing digital, promotional and experiential campaigns
- Passionate about the entertainment landscape, both linear and streaming, and the intersection of multiculturalism, content and media
- Passionate about and/or experience working within Asian American and Pacific Islander consumer landscape
- Strong social media content strategy and management experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Proven ability to think strategically and creatively
- Collaborative team player with strong initiative yet able to work independently as needed
