Job Summary/Description:

CBS7 - the top-rated, long-time news leader in Odessa-Midland, TX - is looking for a Meteorologist to join our news team. You'll be responsible for monitoring weather channels and forecasting at least one show per day. You'll also work with our weather team on the forecast/graphics/social media content.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Forecast for West Texas viewing areas in at least one show per day.
- Work with the Chief Meteorologist on graphics
- Create social media content about meteorology/West Texas weather patterns

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Degree in Meteorology/Atmospheric Science or related field.
- Broadcast television experience preferred.
