Local News LIVE is Gray TV's 24/7 live streaming news network. It provides live coverage from Gray's 113 markets, allowing viewers to watch stories from across the country on one platform. Watch national coverage of the day's top stories and get a local perspective from journalists who live in the communities they cover.

Job Summary/Description:

Local News LIVE is looking for executive producers to lead and support our 24/7 live streaming news network. The ideal candidate has a passion for journalism and a desire to own breaking news and the big stories happening across the country.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Strong news producing skills and the ability to mentor and guide a news team
- Ability to work with the News Director to implement editorial direction, policies, and procedures within the department
- Excellent news judgement and decision-making ability
- Collaborate with producers to develop and deliver compelling news coverage
- Process constantly changing information for a non-scripted live environment
- Ensure editorial content meets Local News Live standards and practices

Qualifications/Requirements:
- BS/BA in journalism, communications or related field preferred
- Four or more years' experience as a producer and previous experience as an Executive Producer
- Quick decision maker and creative thinker
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment requiring strict deadlines and a focus on team orientation
- Familiarity with ENPS, BitCentral and digital content management systems
- Flexibility to work different shifts
