About the Position

The Golden State Warriors, Golden State Valkyries, and Chase Center are looking for a digital marketer to lead our Lifecycle Marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for deepening the relationship with existing fans through CRM (email, push, SMS) strategies and managing our digital content team for web and app content. We need you to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth across all organizational brands. This position reports to the Vice President, Growth and Retention.

This is full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to engage and retain fans through personalized and data-driven CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, and SMS
• Oversee the creation and management of digital content for warriors.com, valkyries.com, chasecenter.com, and the Warriors and Chase Center mobile apps, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand objectives
• Develop and refine customer journey maps to ensure a seamless and engaging experience across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ticketing, Corporate Partnerships, Brand, Analytics, and Product) to create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our diverse fanbase and drive organizational initiatives
• Lead and mentor a team of CRM strategists and digital content creators, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts and enhance fan engagement
• Implement advanced customer segmentation techniques to tailor marketing efforts and deliver personalized experiences to distinct fan segments
• Continuously seek opportunities to introduce new marketing technologies and practices to improve campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations (CCPA) and adhere to industry best practices
• Other duties as assigned

Required Experience & Skills
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of digital marketing experience, including senior level experience in lifecycle marketing; experience in both B2C and B2B environments is preferred
• Experience building full-funnel campaigns that involves collaboration with a sales organization
• Strong leadership skills with experience hiring, managing, and developing teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong knowledge of CRM platforms (preferably Adobe or comparable) and web analytics tools; basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and experience with content management systems is a plus
• Experience working with complex data warehouses and SQL experience preferred
• Strong data and analytical skills; ability to interpret data and analytics to quantify and improve marketing results
• Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication, service, resolution and presentation skills
• Ability to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment
• A passion for sports and entertainment

Compensation
• $128,000 - 136,000 + Bonus
