This is a full-time staff position with benefits within our New York team, candidates must be available to work a hybrid schedule with 1-2 office days per week on average.
The Executive Producer will drive the growth and success of the Advertising division in our NY office while fostering strong relationships with both new and established clients, including agencies, production companies, directors, and direct-to-brand partners.
The Executive Producer requires excellent interpersonal skills, an in-depth understanding of Visual Effects, Design, and the wider Advertising industry and an ability to be a key driver of client relationships.
The Executive Producer will act as local ambassador for Framestore, to promote a professional, creative and vibrant environment to clients and the broader industry.
What you'll do:
• Foster new client relationships and maintain and build on existing ones
• Cultivate continued collaboration and partnership with Framestore's external sale reps
• Remain ''on the project'' once awarded, checking in with the producer of the project that things are running smoothly and to schedule
• Drive excellence in client experiences at Framestore
• Work collaboratively with other senior members of the Global EP and sales team ensuring strong working partnerships and communication with other offices and departments
• Highly proactive in the winning of new Advertising business for the NY office
• Attend Senior level client meetings to support the achievement of sales targets
• Maintain industry awareness and disseminate relevant information to the President of Advertising and Content about competitors and opportunities in the US market
• Work with Creative and Business Development teams on Sales / Marketing decks for client presentations
• Maintain the CRM with a weighted pipeline of opportunities, win / loss data, and all relevant client contact information
• Collaborate with the Head of Production and Head of Studio to ensure clear communication of potential needs, ensuring available resources for prospective work before it lands
• Develop a deep understanding of our key talent's skills and strengths to develop a unique selling proposition to promote Framestore and continue to raise our visibility in the industry
• Head up all bids, pitches and creative collaborations, partnering with Framestore's Creative Directors and VFX Supervisors
• Support Sales efforts in other Framestore USA offices as and when needed
• Create positive working environments where pushing the boundaries is encouraged
• A thorough knowledge of the advertising and brand market in the US with multiple years of experience working intensively in the region
• Accustomed to working in a global company, with a focus on successful collaboration between locations and divisions
• Excellent understanding of traditional VFX and motion design workflows, with the ability to effectively communicate processes to both internal teams and external clients
• Thorough knowledge of the industry global competitors to Framestore in all areas
• Excellent communication skills, particularly working successfully in a global company and building strong relationships with senior managers and teams across the Framestore offices
• Strong desire and ability to be a change-agent, providing experience driven recommendations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, within diverse cross-functional teams
• Exceptional level of communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership ability – able to motivate and inspire a team, and to lead by example
• Strong negotiator

New York Employees Pay Range: $160,000 - $200,000 per year.
The posted range describes the minimum to maximum range for this job description in the state of New York. The range is posted in accordance with the New York Pay Transparency Bill. The range for this same position may be lower or higher in markets outside of New York City. Pay is dependent on the applicant's relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
