The Role
Visual Effects Associate Producers in Mumbai are responsible for the local management of film VFX projects, including internal crew planning and maintaining an overview of the scheduling and delivery of work within Mumbai.

VFX Associate Producers work closely with their VFX Producer and/or VFX Executive Producer and the Supervision team on their project. They also work closely with our Heads of Department and in particular with the Head of Production.

Responsibilities:
• In collaboration with Producers and EPs, create and manage milestone schedules that consider the VFX work required, ensuring that the project is completed to the highest standard achievable.
• Manage project milestones and deliveries in accordance with the implemented schedule
• Handle performance, productivity, attendance and timekeeping in liaison with team leaders
• Collaborate with Resources team and other key departments to plan appropriate crewing and utilisation
• Maintain constant liaison, and share written and verbal progress reports with both show stakeholders and management

Essential Skills:
• Overall VFX experience of 12+ years.
• Thorough understanding of live-action VFX workflows
• Previous credited experience as a VFX Producer or similar role
• Highly organised with first-class time/project management skills
• Excellent client and crew management skills
• Proven ability to prioritise conflicting tasks
• Ability to remain calm and confident in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work within a team towards a common goal

Desired Skills:
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite packages
• Familiarity with Adobe Shotgun/Shot Grid
