JOB DESCRIPTION
FOX 10 is looking for a dynamic Sports Anchor/Reporter who brings a passion for sports and can connect with athletes and our audience. Candidates required to anchor, report and produce content for newscasts and various digital platforms (including web site and social media). The Sports Anchor/Reporter will be part of daily newscasts, the weekly show ''FOX 10 Sports Night'', as well as special coverage of local and national sporting events. Quickly building relationships with teams (players, coaches and executives) is a must. Consistent social media engagement is required. Public appearances on behalf of the station required. Candidates must be self-motivated, organized, driven to break major stories and flexible with work schedule.

A degree in journalism or a related field and at least 3 years as a sports anchor and reporter required. Must provide reel showing proficiency presenting compelling and memorable content including live work (both in-studio and from the field), and packaged reports on serious stories as well as sports features. Local/national travel required. Ability to shoot/edit a plus. Candidate must be able to work flexible hours; early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays. Must have, or be willing to obtain, a valid AZ driver's license. Must be able to drive. All offers of employment are contingent on successfully passing the pre-employment drug screen.
