JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Sports Digital is searching for a Manage r, Remote Production Operations to join our team in Los Angeles. You will
oversee the day-to-day remote operations handling production budgets, equipment rentals, travel, and credentials for remote events. This position will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Production Operations, supporting FOX Sports Digital remote productions both on the road and locally in Los Angeles. You will need to be well
organized, exceptional in communication , and ha ve a grasp of Television and Digital remote productions. FOX Sports Digital is responsible for all original digital content (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, FOX Sports App) and is responsible for supporting key events in the sporting world.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Actively participate s in remote production processes executing production plans within the budget
• Prepares, manages , and communicates remote shoot and event planning to producers and managers
• Develop s relationships with vendors: booking equipment, shipping logistics , and reserving shooting space in multiple cities
• Coordinates and arranges travel for talent, production , and support personnel
• Work s hand in hand with Linear broadcast to help facilitate credentials, shooting space , and logistics around key sporting events
• Generates and distributes remote operations memos/production memos
• Participate s
or contributes to crew planning, crew lists , and staffing for remote events/shoots
• Completes and maintains remote shoot budgets
• Coordinate s in-house gear checkouts, repairs, and keeping inventory on in-house production equipment

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 5+ years
of experience in either remote production operations or in-studio operations – preferably in broadcast, digital media ,
or sports
• Experience with building budgets, invoices , and post-show budgets
• Exceptional communication skills, organizational skills , and collaboration
• Ability to communicate a clear and precise plans/schedules
• Advanced knowledge of broadcast equipment (Cameras and Professional Lighting)
• Extensive knowledge of the digital media workflow
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook , and Word
