JOB DESCRIPTION
FOX Entertainment is seeking a Production Marketing Coordinator who will support the Vice President and Manager of Production Marketing. The Production Marketing Coordinator is responsible for tracking the delivery status of all incoming promotional assets for network and studio campaigns, managing secure file organization, and acting as a liaison between various internal and external teams for marketing needs. The ideal candidate will possess technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create work orders for vendor deliveries and media ingests and troubleshoot delivery issues for assigned titles/shows assets with the ET-Post Production team
• Track all incoming production media assets delivery dates for FOX campaigns for the promo marketing team
• Organize and maintain secure file management of all production documents with internal teams and external creative vendors through various grids
• Collaborate with the team to improve internal dashboards and automations into our ingest workflows
• License and process stock footage asset requests ensuring that stock footage is cleared for promotional use
• Communicate technical details to editors and producers regarding VFX, final deliverables, frame rates, and audio
• Support in follow ups to ensure completion on issues such as ensuring any approvals are documented from various departments (from internal/ external teams), completion of tasks or actions that are necessary for Production Marketing to track and receive.
• Archive and distribute legal promotional restrictions with editors and producers and flag any potential clearance or usage issues in the internal daily network reels
• Directly interact with post facilities, post supervisors, coordinators, and show producers, ensuring deliveries of all materials in adherence to network delivery requirements
• Schedule Zoom and/or meeting invites
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Related experience with high-volume production coordination
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing business needs
• Familiarity with Avid, Premiere Pro, and Media Encoder
• Basic understanding of frame rate, codecs, resolutions, and file delivery specifications
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of BOX, Monday, Google Drive, Aspera and Acrobat applications
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Strong and timely communication
• Willingness to work after hours and on weekends

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $22.25-29.00 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
