We are seeking an experienced B2B Media Director to join our Global Intelligence team. Position Summary:
As Media Director at Finn Partners, you will oversee multiple planning groups, provide strategic leadership, and understand all aspects of their client's business and efforts to market their products and services to other companies - with a B2B background and expertise at the helm.

The successful candidate will oversee a team responsible for developing multi-channel media plans in accordance with the objectives, strategies, and goals communicated by Account Management teams and Clients.

Responsibilities:
• Take charge of the planning output for multiple clients, maintaining consistency to deliver unparalleled work
• Assist in new business development and pitches, acting as the primary media SME on respective needs
• Interpret research and provide insight that effectively translates brand marketing objectives into succinct media strategies
• Actively provide and discuss industry information on media, markets, and related dynamics
• Accurately represent the client's point of view when reviewing work, leveraging this perspective when providing feedback to the team and presenting to client
• Direct/own the development of client presentations and other important communication, making sure that it is clear, compelling, and persuasive
• Build and maintain client trust at all levels, including senior clients
• Oversee more junior team members to ensure consistent and high-quality deliverables
• Ensure all deliverables are aligned with media strategy
• Manage performance reviews, coaching to maximize success, setting goals for career development
• Foster a performance-first culture that rallies around delivering client results
• Assist in new business idea creations, scoping, presentation development, etc.
• Be a leader that clients look to for strategy and the team looks to for guidance

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree
• 7-10 years advertising or media agency experience, with high level clients (both digital and offline)
• Expertise in B2B marketing strategies: you understand the complexities of B2B sales cycles, lead and demand generation, and the development of targeted communication strategies that address the unique needs of business clients
• Skills in complex sale navigations: Emphasize the ability to craft media campaigns tailored to decision-makers within businesses, understanding the multiple touchpoints and stakeholders involved in B2B decisions
• Proficiency in analytics and data-driven decision-making: Proficiency in using analytics to inform strategies, understand customer behavior in a B2B context, and measure the effectiveness of campaigns in generating leads and driving sales
• Experience with account-based marketing (ABM): Proven experience in implementing ABM strategies, focusing on targeting key accounts with personalized marketing campaigns. You should have expertise in identifying high-value accounts, engaging with stakeholders through customized communications, and leveraging data analytics to refine and optimize ABM efforts. B2C, B2G and other sectors experience a plus

Knowledge & Skill Requirements
• G Suite (sheets, docs, slides), Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Self-serve social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat)
• Knowledge of media tools and research providers (comScore, Nielsen, MNI, MRI, Mintel, etc.)
• Google Marketing platform (Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio)
• Believer in the importance of the role of data & analytics in decision making
• Ability to rally team members around a new solution
• Ability to conduct critical analysis and identify key insights
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Solid project management and organizational skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to deliver sound strategy that aligns directly to client business goals
• Experience overseeing the full suite of media channels into a single mix
• Excellent presentation skills
• Resourceful, with proven problem-solving skills

Anticipated Salary: Compensation is up to $135,000 depending on work experience.
