Job Description
Fandango is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Manager, Data Solutions to join our Fandango 360 Data-as-a-Service team. As a Sr. Manager, Data Solutions, you will define and deliver innovative systems and services, collaborate with various partners, both business and technical, and define solutions' requirements to build and maintain a best-in-class experience. If you live and breathe entertainment & data, and have significant data experience, including Martech, this could be the perfect job for you. This role will:
• Work with senior data strategy teams to create roadmaps, project scope, and plans.
• Write project requirements, one-pagers, and tickets for technical initiatives.
• Ensure on-time project delivery for each committed initiative.
• Work closely with technical teams to help unblock and support in mid-project decision-making.
• When required, partner with others to get end-user feedback and requirements' gathering.
• Work with cross-functional technical & business teams on collaborative or externally-dependent projects.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
• 3+ years of data solutions management experience
• Experience working within the AdTech / MarTech data ecosystems
• Ability to work with tools like Jira as well as an understanding of data Engineering concepts (SQL, ETL, Data Warehousing, etc.) and familiarity with Agile
• Ability to translate and communicate technical requirements and challenges to non-technical business partners at all levels of the organization in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to manage competing priorities and successfully complete projects from conceptual ideas through completion
• Strong organizational and product management skills
• Ability to identify, address, and resolve conflicts constructively
Desired Characteristics:
• Experience with clean rooms, conversions APIs (CAPIs), and working with ad publisher platforms
• Familiarity with consumer data privacy laws such as CCPA, COPPA, or VPPA
• Eager to learn new tech and keeps up with trends both internally and externally

• Fully Remote: This position has been designated as fully remote, meaning that the position is expected to contribute from a non-NBCUniversal worksite, most commonly an employee's residence.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
